    9:00 – 12:00 Check-in, pijača dobrodošlice in druženje (Bungalow)
    12:00 – 16:00 Krožna vožnja (~50km), razgledi in pokušina
    17:00 – 18:00 Zbiranje na glavni lokaciji (Monfort)
    18:00 – 20:00 Večerja, podelitev priznanj
    20:00 – 24:00 Vespa Rock’n’Roll party
  • Nedelja, 24. 4.
    9:00 – 11:00 Kava in srečno pot domov (Bungalow)

    9:00 – 12:00 Check-in, welcome drink and socializing (Bungalow)
    12:00 – 16:00 Round trip, views and tastes of the area
    17:00 – 18:00 Gathering at the main location (Monfort)
    18:00 – 20:00 Dinner, awards ceremony
    20:00 – 24:00 Vespa Rock’n’Roll party
  • Sunday, 24th
    9:00 – 11:00 Coffee and bon voyage (Bungalow)

DISCLAIMER
General rules:

  • The participation is allowed only for previously registered participants with paid fee.
  • On arrival it is mandatory to check-in at the designated area.
  • Every participant must comply to the then valid epidemiological requirements.
  • The instructions of police, staff and the support crew must be followed at all times!
  • In the event of any offenses, the driver is responsible also for his or her passengers!
  • Always take care of your safety and the safety of others. General traffic rules apply, please obey them during your arrival, event, and departure.
  • On all event areas outside of public roads the speed limit is 10km/h.
  • The venues are next to the sea, please always maintain minimum 2 meters safety distance from the shore-line.
  • The event will be held in any weather. In case of another lock-down, the event will be moved to the next available date.
  • Please keep the venue clean.

Round-trip:

  • All vehicles taking part on the round-trip must be registered for traffic use and capable to legally achieve a traveling road speed of more than 60km/h with driver and passenger.
  • The driver must have a valid driving license for the type of vehicle he is driving.
  • The road traffic regulations apply, instructions of police and organizers must be followed.
  • Overtaking is not allowed.
  • Keep sufficient safety distance and enjoy the ride!

Conditions of participation and liability waiver:

  • The participants (driver, co-driver/passenger and other visitors) take part in the event at their own risk.
  • Minor children can only attend the event accompanied by their parents or guardians, who are also responsible for them.
  • You have general civil and criminal liability for any damage caused by you or the vehicles you use.
  • You waive the right of action or recourse against the organizers, the authorities and any other person connected with the organization of the event for all cases of damages.
  • All claims after the event has ended are invalid.

By checking-in to the Slovespa 2022 Portorose event, the participants automatically accept these Rules of participation.

POGOJI UDELEŽBE

Splošna pravila:

  • Udeležba je dovoljena samo za predhodno registrirane udeležence s plačano kotizacijo.
  • Ob prihodu na prireditev je obvezen check-in na za to določeni lokaciji.
  • Vsak udeleženec dogodka mora izpolnjevati takrat veljavne epidemiološke zahteve.
  • Navodila policije, osebja in podporne ekipe je treba ves čas upoštevati.
  • V primeru prekrška je voznik odgovoren tudi za svoje potnike.
  • Vedno poskrbite za svojo varnost in varnost drugih. Veljajo splošna prometna pravila, upoštevajte jih med vašim prihodom, dogodkom in odhodom. 
  • Na vseh prireditvenih območjih izven javnih cest je omejitev hitrosti 10km/h.
  • Prizorišča so tik ob morju, vedno vzdržujte varnostno razdaljo najmanj 2 metra od obale. 
  • Dogodek bo potekal v vsakem vremenu. V primeru ponovnih epidemioloških omejitev bo dogodek prestavljen na naslednji razpoložljivi datum.
  • Skupaj poskrbimo, da bo prizorišče čisto!

Krožna vožnja:

  • Vsa vozila, ki se udeležujejo krožne vožnje, morajo biti registrirana za uporabo v prometu in sposobna z voznikom in sopotnikom doseči hitrost vožnje več kot 60 km/h.
  • Voznik mora imeti veljavno vozniško dovoljenje za kategorijo vozila, ki ga vozi.
  • Veljajo cestno prometni predpisi, upoštevati je treba navodila policije in organizatorjev.
  • Prehitevanje ni dovoljeno.
  • Držite zadostno varnostno razdaljo in uživajte v vožnji!

Pogoji za sodelovanje in opustitev odgovornosti:

  • Udeleženci (voznik, sovoznik/potnik in drugi obiskovalci) se dogodka udeležujejo na lastno odgovornost.
  • Mladoletni otroci se dogodka lahko udeležijo le v spremstvu staršev ali skrbnikov, ki zanje tudi odgovarjajo.
  • Vsak udeleženec je splošno civilno in kazensko odgovoren za kakršno koli škodo, ki jo povzroči sam, ali vozilo, ki ga uporablja.
  • Vsak udeleženec se odpoveduje pravici do tožbe ali odškodninskih zahtevkov zoper organizatorje, organe in katero koli drugo osebo, ki je povezana z organizacijo dogodka za vse primere škode.
  • Vsi zahtevki po koncu dogodka so neveljavni.

S prijavo (check-in) na dogodek Slovespa 2022 Portorož udeleženci avtomatično sprejemajo te pogoje udeležbe.
